I became a devoted yoga practitioner After losing my mom to cancer in 2001. I became very curious about the mind body connection & interested in different forms of healing not just the physical but the emotional wounds left by trauma. this is how i began my journey to find healing, self-acceptance and strength.
i am passionate about the metaphysical approach to healing & exploring our potential as women apart from the roles we are expected to play.
I am a certified yoga teacher, also trained in trauma informed yoga. through my own experience of pain and trauma, i’ve learnt that a key ingredient to healing is learning to feel safe in my body again. through yoga and practicing self love I’ve found this to be possible.
this work is so important now more than ever. therefore I find myself being called to help and hold space for women to reconnect to their bodies and explore their healing internally. by incorporating self love strategies, one is able to trust again and feel confident and empowered in this world.
